Meet John “JT” Taylor

Founder of Now Leadership

John “JT” Taylor has been an Executive Coach and Trusted Advisor to CEOs, Founders, and leaders for over 15 years. He founded Now Leadership to amplify his positive impact and help others step into their purpose and leadership to create a lasting legacy. John is dedicated to accelerating human consciousness for a thriving, sustainable future.

His clients, primarily referred, include heads of family offices, startup founders, athletes, celebrities, social entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives from companies valued between $100M and $10B+.

John has worked with companies across various industries, including tech, finance, startups, social impact, and more. He has served on boards such as the executive board of Richard Branson’s Galactic Unite, which inspires youth in STEM+ fields.

A sought-after speaker, John has presented globally on leadership, team dynamics, and impact. He supports environmental and social nonprofits and was recognized by the US Consulate for his humanitarian work in Ecuador.

Outside of work, John enjoys climbing, kiteboarding, studying human evolution, and traveling the world.
